Studded plates

What are studded plates

Underfloor heating panels are used to simplify the installation of a wet or dry hydronic underfloor heating system. There are two different system options: wet systems that are covered with concrete or screed, and dry systems that can be covered directly, depending on the floor material. High-quality pipes are used to guarantee a system with a long lifespan.

Advantages

How does it work

The simplest way to install underfloor heating in an existing screed, concrete, or tiled floor is by milling grooves. This avoids unnecessary floor constructions or milling out the grooves.

Process Section
01

Installation

The technician will apply edge insulation to all walls to accommodate expansion. The required number of m² is calculated and divided into equal groups.

02

Flow

After pipes are routed through the plates, the installer mounts the floor manifold and installs a bypass valve to guarantee proper flow.

03

Vent

Once the floor manifold is installed, the hoses are flushed and vented before being connected to the system.

04

Tests

The heating system is pressurized and tested with clear on-site explanations from the technician.
